Compensation:
- Base pay starting between $77,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Duties:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading enterprise recruitment strategies across support center, distribution center, and field operations. This leader oversees a team of recruiters while partnering closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to attract, hire, and retain top talent. The role combines operational excellence with strategic workforce planning to ensure the organization has the talent needed to achieve business objectives today and in the future.
- Talent Acquisition Leadership: Lead, coach, and support a recruiting team by setting clear expectations, tracking results, and helping recruiters grow. This role promotes accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and a positive candidate experience.
- Workforce Strategy & Talent Planning: Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to plan for current and future hiring needs. Build hiring forecasts, talent pipelines, and sourcing strategies using labor market insights and business priorities.
- Business Partnership: Act as a trusted talent partner to leaders across the Support Center, Distribution Center, and Field Operations. Advise hiring managers and HR Business Partners on hiring plans, market conditions, succession planning, and talent availability.
- Recruiting Operations: Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business areas and leadership levels while ensuring hiring practices are consistent, compliant, and effective. Improve recruiting workflows, selection processes, and overall service delivery.
- Talent Technology & Analytics: Use the ATS, recruiting tools, and key hiring metrics to improve recruiter productivity and hiring outcomes. Track important measures such as time-to-fill milestones, offer acceptance, candidate experience, source effectiveness, and tool usage to share insights with HR and business leaders.
- Employer Brand & Candidate Experience: Partner with the Associate Experience Manager and HR to strengthen employer branding and improve the organization’s presence in the talent market. Help ensure candidates have a consistent, engaging, and inclusive hiring experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience supporting multiple business functions.
- 2–3 years of people leadership experience leading recruiters or talent acquisition teams.
- Experience recruiting for corporate, operations, distribution, and/or retail environments.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Retail, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics recruiting experience.
- Knowledge of employment branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
