    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our company-wide recruitment team in the greater Atlanta area. In this role, you will manage a high-volume team of 15+ Talent Acquisition Partners. You will drive innovative hiring strategies and manage key sourcing vendors and third-party partnerships. This role will be 100% in office 5 days a week. 

    You will also build strong candidate pipelines and coach your team to meet aggressive headcount goals. We need a leader who can solve complex business staffing needs to support our continuous company growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves developing high-functioning teams through organizational change.

    Key Responsibilities

    Team Leadership & People Management

    • Lead, Coach, Manage & Mentor: Manage and develop a high-volume team of 15+ TA Partners.
    • Set performance metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Conduct regular 1-on-1s to unblock hiring hurdles.
    • Balance team workloads across different business units.
    • Provide ongoing coaching on advanced sourcing techniques.

    Strategy & Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Drive Strategy: Design and execute company-wide hiring strategies.
    • Design scaling strategies to support company growth goals.
    • Build Partnerships: Oversee external sourcing vendors and approved third-party partnerships.
    • Partner with senior leaders to forecast future workforce needs.
    • Optimize recruitment processes for better speed and quality.
    • Secure Talent: Support the creation of strong, diverse candidate pipelines.
    • Support Growth: Deliver strategic staffing solutions to meet aggressive headcount goals across multiple divisions of the business.
    • Oversee budget allocation for job boards and agency spend.
    • Enhance employer branding initiatives across social channels.

    Data & Compliance

    • Analyze recruitment data to identify hiring bottlenecks.
    • Present hiring metrics regularly to executive leadership.
    • Ensure legal compliance with all local employment laws.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Proven Leadership: Background in managing and coaching recruitment teams.
    • Strategic Problem Solver: Ability to build staffing solutions that align with business growth.
    • Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Comfort managing high-volume recruitment demands.
    • Change Champion: Experience leading high-functioning teams through organizational change.
    • Experience: 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, 3+ years managing teams
    • Core Skills: Data analysis and multi-level stakeholder management.
    • HR Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR, preferred.
    • Experience scaling teams during rapid change and growth phases.
    • Foundational building of Talent Acquisition or Human Resource teams, a plus.
