    Description

    The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in day-to-day recruiting activities while gaining hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and HR process improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Help source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other tools

    • Support interview scheduling and candidate communication

    • Assist with job postings, offer letters, and new hire paperwork

    • Get exposure to recruiting metrics and reporting

    • Help with employer branding projects and outreach to schools/community partners

    • Sit in on candidate interviews to learn what makes a strong hire

    • Help keep our ATS records accurate and up to date

    • Support internal hiring communications like promotions and transfers

    • Assist in building and organizing talent pipelines for future openings

    • Help create and refine interview guides and hiring manager resources

    • Get a behind-the-scenes look at how job descriptions are written and optimized

    • Represent the company at career fairs or recruiting events (if available)

    • Contribute ideas to improve candidate experience

    Qualifications

    • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach
