We're a fast-growing multifamily owner-operator with 2,700 units across 7 states — and we need a recruiter who doesn't wait for applicants to come to them.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Full-cycle recruiting across all site and corporate roles
• Building live talent pipelines in every market — before seats open
• Cold-source hunting: boards, associations, networks, and direct poaching
• Travel up to 50% to build relationships where the talent actually is
• Onboarding ownership and an HR metrics dashboard you present

• You can pitch an opportunity to someone who wasn't looking — and close them
• You know when good is good enough and keep moving

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$75K–$85K | Company-paid health/dental/vision | Unlimited PTO | 401(k) match | Mon–Thu in office, Fri WFH
