Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders
Proficiency in recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management systems
JOB DESCRIPTION: Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter
Our client is seeking an experienced and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist Emerging Talent/College Recruiter to join our team on contract basis. As a key member of the recruiting team, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of requisitions across all areas of the business in one of the client's sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-volume recruiting, with a strong ability to manage multiple requisitions, develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, provide a positive candidate experience, and ensure adherence to compliance policies throughout the process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter
Manage a large portfolio of high-volume requisitions across multiple areas of the business, ensuring timely and efficient recruiting processes
Ensure hiring managers understand the hiring process, compliance, and nuances of early career hiring
Effectively communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Utilize ATS, CRM, and other tools to screen a high volume of candidates in order to identify top talent
Adhere to all process and policy needed to maintain compliance throughout the hiring process
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE: Talent Acquisition Early Career/College Recruiter
Bachelor's Degree
Recruiting experience in a similar industry or sector
Experience with early career/college/intern recruiting
Experience with BrassRing ATS
Experience with Phenom CRM
Strong project management skills
