The Team You’ll Join  

The Talent Acquisition team plays a key role in helping Envestnet attract, assess, and hire the talent that drives business growth. Partnering closely with hiring managers, People & Culture, Finance, and business leaders, the team combines recruiting expertise, market intelligence, and data-driven decision making to deliver strong hiring outcomes and exceptional candidate experiences. From workforce planning and sourcing strategy to talent assessment and offer negotiation, the team helps ensure the right talent is in place to support business priorities. Beyond the day-to-day recruiting efforts team members work together to solve talent challenges, improve hiring practices, and scale programs that strengthen how Envestnet attracts and hires talent. 

 

How You’ll Contribute   

Executes Talent Acquisition processes to help Envestnet grow our world-class Financial Services Company. Engages as a thought partner with the business to understand current and projected talent requirements, translating these into actionable strategies for identifying, attracting, assessing and selecting world-class talent. Work assignments may align with a specific geographical area and/or specialized recruiting discipline, including but not limited to campus / early career, executive, diversity, technical and/or contractor / contingent labor.

  • Gains familiarity with Talent Acquisition concepts, methods and philosophy  
  • With guidance, supports recruiting and staffing efforts by:  
    • Engaging with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and challenges
    • Assisting with sourcing / recruiting strategy implementation
    • Facilitating candidate contact, scheduling and follow-up
    • Entering, maintaining and updating data in the applicant tracking system  
    • Preparing job offers for successful candidates
    • Gains familiarity with Talent Acquisition concepts, methods and philosophy.  
  • With guidance, supports recruiting and staffing efforts by:  
    • Engaging with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and challenges
    • Assisting with sourcing / recruiting strategy implementation
    • Facilitating candidate contact, scheduling and follow-up 
    • Entering, maintaining and updating data in the applicant tracking system  
    • Preparing job offers for successful candidates
    • Finalizing start dates with candidates  
  • Performs other duties as assigned.  

 

What You’ll Need to Bring  

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in recruiting coordination
  • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to deliver polished final product
  • Experience managing complex calendars

 

Nice-to-Haves  

  • Possession of superb communication and customer service skills
  • Proven relationship building skills
  • Think ahead and troubleshoot, removing obstacles before they become problems
  • Ability to multi-task, flexibility and adaptability adjust to rapidly changing priorities to accomplish the most critical/sensitive issues in a timely manner
  • Make smart and timely decisions; understand when to take ownership of a decision and when to involve other parties.

Our Investment in You 

This role offers a base salary range of [$ minimum to $ midpoint]. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.  This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
