Join our TA team and help us find amazing people! From creating a fantastic candidate experience to supporting hiring managers and promoting our employer brand, youll play a key role in bringing great talent into our business.
What youll be doing
As a TA Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Working closely with village talent teams, hiring managers, candidates and wider stakeholders, you will ensure recruitment processes are managed efficiently, service level agreements are met, and all recruitment activity is completed in line with company standards.
You will provide administrative and operational support across recruitment, candidate engagement, social media attraction and offer management, helping to attract and secure top talent for the business.

Core working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note, this role will be hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days home-working.
