Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist recruiters with job postings, requisition checks, meeting scheduling, and interview coordination. The coordinator manages administrative tasks for the recruitment process and maintains good relations with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and the community.

Essential Functions of the Role

  • Act as an accelerator in our recruitment process. Supply services for specific teams or positions. Perform requisition quality assurance, like posting readiness and accurate data.
  • Posting jobs externally and internally
  • Schedule status meetings between recruiters and hiring managers. Ensure hiring managers have weekly time with recruiters and timely discovery sessions.
  • Where interview scheduling automation is not used, the coordinator schedules candidate interviews with recruiters or hiring managers. If travel is involved, the coordinator helps the candidate with travel logistics, working with the executive''s help team.
  • Documenting interview schedules and meeting in ATS in the associated requisition or candidate profile.
  • Reviewing incomplete applications
  • Auditing requisitions to ensure recruiters are compliant with SLAs and documentation standards of our BSWH recruitment practices.
  • Help recruiters when workloads exceed 100% in the review. Contact and schedule candidates. Disposition them to rejection or screening statuses.
  • Coordinate internal, external, or virtual recruitment events.
  • Be an excellent brand representative. Create a positive candidate experience by coordinating all communication with candidates. Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information about Baylor Scott and White Health and career opportunities.
