ARCO/Murray is seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team and core recruiting operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, people-focused environment and enjoys being a key partner in keeping interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding activities running smoothly.

Typical base compensation for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is between $60,000 and $80,000. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Serve as a key support partner to the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating day-to-day recruiting and scheduling activities.
  • Manage interview scheduling for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams, including coordinating calendars, sending invites, and confirming logistics.
  • Communicate interview details to candidates to ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate candidate travel and transportation arrangements when required.
  • Update job posting language, interview templates, office details, and points-of-contact lists.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with additional administrative and coordination tasks as needed.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, or HR operations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must be extremely organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results
  • Familiarity with ATS and HR Application Systems preferred
  • Flexibility to work within a multi-team environment and participate in department projects
