    Role Overview
    Seeking a detail-oriented, independent Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a temporary contract position based out of Beverly, MA (100% Remote). The coordinator will manage high-volume healthcare onboarding, ensure audit readiness, troubleshoot compliance and credentialing roadblocks, and partner cross-functionally with HR, talent acquisition, payroll, and clinic leadership.

    Key Responsibilities & Operational Scope:
    • Onboarding & Credentialing: Manage high-volume onboarding pipelines with tight deadlines, reviewing licenses, certifications, background checks, lab work, employment/education verifications, and I-9 compliance.
    • Compliance & Auditing: Maintain high accuracy and audit readiness across candidate files; resolve onboarding roadblocks quickly and independently.
    • Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, internal talent acquisition teams, payroll, and clinic leadership.
    • Systems Utilization: Operate within ATS/HRIS onboarding systems and background screening platforms with minimal setup training.

    Qualifications & Candidate Requirements:
    • Healthcare Compliance Experience: Recent hands-on dialysis or healthcare credentialing experience within the last 6 months[REQUIRED].
    • Background Screening & Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with compliance requirements (licenses, certifications, background checks, I-9s) and direct experience reviewing criminal checks, lab work, and employment/education verifications [REQUIRED].
    • Software & Platform Proficiency: Direct experience using onboarding platforms (UKG, Phenom, or similar HRIS/ATS) [REQUIRED]. Hands-on experience with Sterling or First Advantage screening platforms [HIGHLY PREFERRED].
    • Performance Attributes: Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume workflows, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and operate independently from day one.

    Schedule & Work Environment:
    • Work Location: 100% Remote (supporting EST hours).
    • Shift Schedule: Day Shift | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week guaranteed).
    • Weekend Requirements: No weekends.
    • On-Call Requirements: No call.
