Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring needs across the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and experienced in using Workday to manage recruiting activity and candidate data. This role is fully remote and is a contract role for three months or more. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in Workday.
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
  • Support recruiting metrics, reporting, and process improvements.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Talent Acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
