Description

Job Title: Specialist, Recruiter
Job Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months (Possible for extension)
Pay rate range: $40 –$45/hr on w2 (All inclusive)
 
Job Description:
  • Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting/sourcing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates in addition to screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting and negotiating job offers to candidates.
  • Pre-screen potential candidates for full-time employee openings;assess candidates’qualifications and culture fit through a combination of behavioral based interviews and competency-based evaluations.
  • Submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
  • Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partner.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension and more
  • Develop strategies using various sourcing techniques, qualify and interview candidates and present job offers
  • Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes
  • Upholds legal requirements and company hiring policies, and coaches and guides managers accordingly.
  • Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented)
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent area with a minimum 4 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
  • Experience in Engineering recruiting
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Previous experience in agency and/or corporate recruiting
  • Progressive knowledge and expertise in sourcing methodologies, candidate assessment/interviewing, selection of talent, and closing strategies (negotiations, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
