Class/Area: Talent Acquisition Consultant

Start Date: ASAP (would like candidates that are able to extend)

Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): Days - M-F 8a-4:30p (mostly remote, but candidates must reside in KC metro to go onsite whenever needed)

Experience Requirements: 1-2+ years of prior healthcare recruitment experience that includes screening candidates. Prior ATS experience required, ideally with Workday. Must have experience managing a high-volume desk. Needs to be comfortable being on the phone a lot.

Experience Preferred: 3-5+ years of healthcare recruitment experience. Ideally looking for a recruiter that has a great background in sourcing candidates.

License/ Certification Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Holiday Requirements: None, office is closed on observed holidays - unpaid days.

Orientation: Ori on KU main campus every Mon & Tues. On-site for first week due to training.

Creds Due: 1-week prior to start (Mon)
