As a Talent Acquisition Consultant - Early Talent, you will play a meaningful role in building UMB's talent pipelines and helping people launch rewarding careers. You will lead early talent and university recruiting, coordinate UMB's Internship Program, manage recruitment for the Commercial Banker Development Program, and build relationships with schools, community organizations, workforce development programs, students, hiring managers, and business leaders.
This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys connecting people to possibility-and knows how to turn those connections into strong, future-focused talent pipelines.
This role is based at UMB's headquarters in Kansas City, MO, with a hybrid schedule.
