Pay Rate: $40-50 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
• Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, people partners, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, confirm role requirements, build recruiting hiring strategies, and support hiring decisions.
• Attract and engage a diverse talent pool through innovative and cost-effective methods, utilizing LinkedIn, CRM, ATS, and other tools.
• Support a positive candidate experience and ensure recruiting interactions reflect our culture and values.
• Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection, interviewing best practices, and offer strategy.
• Manage candidate communications to maintain engagement and deliver timely updates throughout the hiring process.
• Thrive in an environment that embraces AI and technology-enabled tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Agency recruiting experience combined with professional services, with a proven track record of successfully placing sales professionals.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably focused on a Professional Services industry, including Sales and B2B.
• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and advise business leaders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a commitment to process excellence.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
