This role is a unique opportunity to expand your talent acquisition skills and experience beyond the immediate hiring needs of the organization. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be a strategic partner focused on driving optimization of Howmet's overall talent acquisition function by increasing recruiting effectiveness and refining our hiring strategy. In this role, you will be assessing current hiring practices, implementing improvements and training, and partnering with our hiring teams and HR community on global talent acquisition projects and initiatives.
This role would ideally be located at Howmet's Corporate Headquarters located in Pittsburgh, PA, which follows a hybrid working schedule, or at one of Howmet's manufacturing facilities across the U.S.
