Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking efforts.
• Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to improve talent acquisition strategies.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders to create and maintain a diverse and inclusive hiring process.

Profile

A successful Talent Acquisition Business Partner should have:

• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of best practices in diversity and inclusion within recruitment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Adaptability to work in a busy and varied environment.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $85,500 to $105,000 annually.
