    Talent Acquisition Associate

    Location: Malvern, PA

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

    Hours: 40 hours/week

    Position Overview

    We are seeking two detail-oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Associates/Recruiters to support a high-volume early-career recruiting initiative. These positions will work closely with multiple HR teams and business units to support hiring needs primarily from September 2026 through April 2027.

    One recruiter will focus on approximately 30 early-career sales positions, while the other will support approximately 50–75 internship positions.

    The ideal candidate will have strong recruiting or talent acquisition experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while adapting to the hiring needs of different business teams. Previous experience with early-career, campus, internship, or university recruiting is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support Talent Acquisition teams with high-volume hiring needs.

    • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and recruiting activities.

    • Post job descriptions and create/add requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

    • Conduct initial candidate screening and provide screening support to Talent Acquisition teams.

    • Review resumes and identify candidates who meet position requirements.

    • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS and CRM.

    • Assist with data entry and other administrative recruiting tasks.

    • Communicate professionally and responsively with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams.

    • Manage multiple recruiting requests and priorities simultaneously.

    • Work with HR teams across different business units and adapt recruiting support based on each team's specific needs.

    • Help ensure recruiting activities are completed accurately and within required timelines.

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR coordination, or a related field.

    • Early-career, internship, campus, or university recruiting experience is a plus.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume workloads.

    • Ability to work positively and responsively with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    • Experience working with an ATS, CRM, or recruiting database preferred.

    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and different business requirements.
