Talent Acquisition Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an onsite position based in Sacramento, CA.

The Talent Acquisition Assistant will support Interlingva's interpreter recruitment and scheduling coverage efforts. This role combines candidate sourcing, administrative coordination, and communication, helping the Talent team find, screen, and onboard interpreters while keeping day to day recruitment operations running smoothly. Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• • Experience with recruitment or sourcing, including using social media and community research to locate candidates
    
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of calls, emails, and documentation with accuracy and poise
  • Skilled in maintaining candidate and interpreter databases and records in an organized, up to date manner
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computerized scheduling or management systems
  • Strong interpersonal, phone, and email etiquette
  • Able to work independently with sound judgment, as well as collaboratively with the scheduling and HR teams
  • Detail oriented, dependable, and adaptable to shifting priorities
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Bilingual preferred (English plus a second language)
