As Talent Acquisition Specialist you will:

• Support the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers, and pre-employment activities.
• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring efficient workflows, reporting, and system optimization.
• Coordinate onboarding and serve as the primary point of contact for new hires through their first 90 days.
• Maintain recruiting, onboarding, and HR records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR to ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience.
• Support recruiting events, internship programs, employment branding, and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Prepare recruiting reports, dashboards, and analytics while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Assist with HR projects, colleague communications, and other Talent Acquisition and Human Resources initiatives.

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Three or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, Human Resources, or HR Administration.
• Experience administering an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and working with HRIS platforms.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
