Location: Alexandria, LA

Salary: $45,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (With evening and weekend availability as needed)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Additional coursework or training in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred

Experience Requirements

• 2+ yeras of management, payrolle, and interviewing experience
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, customer service, or inside sales required
• Background in cold calling, lead generation, or business development preferred
• Experience with scheduling, data entry, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Payroll processing experience is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office technology

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment for extended periods
• Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person
• Occasional local travel for recruiting events, job fairs, client meetings, and site visits
• Some evening and weekend on-call availability required

Job Duties

• Recruit, source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
• Coordinate interviews, candidate appointments, reference checks, skills testing, and new-hire onboarding
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates, employees, and clients
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Conduct cold calls and sales outreach to generate new business opportunities and expand staffing partnerships
• Assist with employee scheduling, payroll preparation, and administrative office support
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general office communications
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring and placement process to ensure a positive experience
