Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation
• Conduct buyer consultations and listing presentations
• Show residential properties and host open houses
• Prepare and negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
• Guide clients through every step of the transaction
• Stay current on local market trends and inventory
• Maintain accurate client records using company technology
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each transaction

Qualifications

• Active Montana Real Estate License (or currently pursuing licensure)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Comfortable using technology and social media
• Reliable transportation
• Desire to build a long-term career in real estate
