LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Tableau Developer in St. Louis, MO. This role will design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights across patient services, operations, finance, business development, supply chain, and leadership functions. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into meaningful visualizations that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Title: Tableau Developer

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Location: St. Louis, MO

Compensation will vary depending on experience:

  • Entry: $65,000 - $85,000

  • Mid: $90,000 - $110,000

  • Senior: $120,000 - $140,000

  • Lead /Architect: $150,000+++

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and visual analytics solutions.

  • Partner with executive stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.

  • Build and optimize data models from multiple enterprise systems and databases.

  • Develop KPI dashboards measuring operational performance, service delivery, referral activity, revenue, productivity, and outcomes.

  • Create automated reporting solutions that improve visibility and reduce manual reporting efforts.

  • Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting platforms.

  • Analyze trends and provide insights that support organizational growth and operational efficiency.

  • Optimize dashboard performance and enhance user experience.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, calculations, and reporting standards.

  • Collaborate with data engineering, IT, and business teams on enterprise analytics initiatives.

  • Support ongoing reporting requests and ad hoc analytical projects.

  • Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.

  • 3+ years of Tableau development experience.

  • Strong SQL development skills.

  • Experience creating complex dashboards, calculated fields, and visualizations.

  • Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques.

  • Experience working with large datasets from multiple business systems.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
