Provide professional, attentive service to guests, acknowledging, greeting, and engaging with customers who play at or approach assigned games.
Verify and substantiate table transactions, providing signatory validations as required.
Inform supervisors of game progress, disputes, issues, suspicious activity, and substantial play.
Ensure the protection and integrity of assigned games and all associated assets, including currency, chips, cards, dice, and equipment.
Adhere to all gaming regulations, internal controls, policies, and established business processes.
Promote and maintain open, clear, and effective two-way communication with all related departments and supervisory staff.
Offer suggestions and recommendations to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Interact with team members and other departments in a professional, positive manner to foster strong rapport, teamwork, and effective cross-department communication.
Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and scheduling of Poker Games personnel.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company events and promotions and ensure dealers are properly briefed.
Issue complimentaries in accordance with company internal controls.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
