Description
Oversee table games and employees to ensure that the safety, integrity, security, company, and regulatory policies/procedures of the above are upheld. Supervises, coaches and supports dealers. Maintains superior guest service by identifying, cultivating and improving the established player base working towards a positive company image whenever possible. Must be flexible and able to work all shifts as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School/GED
1-3 years related experience;
Preferred:
Bilingual a plus
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Must have thorough knowledge of a minimum of two (2) games
Must have excellent communication and guest service skills
Casino environment; exposure to smoke, bright lights, and noise
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Frequently speak, read, write, stand, walk, bend, and stoop
