We are seeking an organized, proactive, and highly communicative Recruiter to join our HR team and take ownership of the day-to-day logistics and coordination of recruiting activities. This role will provide critical recruiting support to the HR Business Partner team by managing the recruiting process from intake through candidate screening and maintaining accurate, organized requisition and candidate information.

Description
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of recruiting experience, strong organizational and prioritization skills, and hands-on experience with Workday or another HR/Applicant Tracking System. Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred, but we are open to candidates from a variety of industries.
This person will support recruiting across a diverse 250-person organization, including front-line/hourly employees as well as exempt positions across Sales & Marketing, Operations, and R&D.
- Own the day-to-day logistics and coordination of recruiting activities across assigned requisitions.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers on recruiting intake calls and help translate hiring needs into clear recruiting plans.
- Manage and maintain job requisitions in Workday, ensuring positions, candidates, hiring managers, and status information are accurate and up to date.
- Post open positions across appropriate job boards and recruiting channels.
- Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and provide candidate recommendations to hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
- Source candidates through internal and external recruiting channels as needed.
- Coordinate candidate movement through the recruiting process and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and organized candidate and requisition records within the HR/ATS system.
- Track recruiting metrics, position status, costs, and other relevant recruiting data.
- Provide regular updates on open requisitions, candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, and costs.
- Ensure candidates are accurately associated with the appropriate requisition, hiring manager, and position.
- Help prevent duplicate, outdated, or incorrectly assigned candidate and requisition information.
- Prioritize multiple open requisitions and competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders throughout the recruiting process.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, organization, and overall efficiency.
Profile
- 2-3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with Workday strongly preferred.
- Experience with another HRIS, ATS, or recruiting technology will be considered.
- Experience recruiting for both hourly/front-line and exempt professional positions preferred.
- Manufacturing or other operationally complex industry experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience with resume screening, sourcing, and conducting phone interviews.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with hiring managers and HR leadership at various levels.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong follow-through and ability to independently manage recruiting logistics from intake through hire.
