Job Brief:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering data-driven insights that enhance our talent acquisition strategy. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the People & Culture organization to develop impactful dashboards, reports, and presentations that inform executive decision-making. Responsibilities:

Analyze talent acquisition (TA) data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.

Build and maintain automated, recurring reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerBI, and our ATS.

Update and maintain monthly and quarterly reporting packages and presentations for the leadership team.

Respond to ad-hoc reporting and data requests from TA and HR stakeholders with accuracy and speed.

Deliver user-friendly, interactive dashboards and advanced reports tailored to stakeholder needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting tools and platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Management, HRIS, or a related eld.

Proven experience in talent acquisition data analysis, ideally in a contract or project-based role.

Pro ciency in PowerBI, Tableau, and advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX).

Experience working with applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS.

Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to work independently.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight timelines.

Must Haves

Experience working with Workday, Applicant tracking systems, snowflake, PowerBI

Develop reporting solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.

Be able to intake requirements and quickly develop analytics/reporting solutions
