At T.R. McTaggart, we're more than just a screen printing and embroidery company—we help create memorable experiences for visitors across the country. From resorts and souvenir shops to museums and national parks, chances are you've visited one of our customers and may even own a t-shirt we've produced.

We're currently seeking a Customer Service & Office Support Specialist to join our team in Standish, Michigan. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with customers, supporting sales efforts, and keeping office operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do: 

  • Enter and process customer orders accurately
  • Edit and update order information as needed
  • Assist the sales team with customer support and order coordination
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Perform daily invoicing and data entry
  • Manage filing, mailings, and general office organization
  • Learn and utilize our internal production software
  • Provide excellent service to customers and teammates alike

What We're Looking For: 

  • Positive, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to learn new software and systems
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
