The individual coordinates communication among contractor crews, client representatives, engineering, environmental, access, and project personnel as directed by authorized project leadership. This role is intended to support field visibility, documentation, and escalation of issues identified by contractors. It does not include direct supervision of contractor personnel, control of contractor means and methods, final engineering acceptance, formal quality approval, or authority to modify scope, schedule, contract requirements, or project commitments.

  • Identify safety concerns, imminent danger conditions, or significant nonconformance and escalate them in accordance with applicable project protocols.
  • Exercise stop-work authority only where expressly permitted by project procedures and only within the limits of that delegated authority.
  • Communicate field conditions, progress, concerns, and required actions through approved project communication and documentation channels. Text messaging may be used for time-sensitive coordination only when permitted by project protocol and should be followed by appropriate project documentation when required.
  • Travel between assigned crews, transmission lines, substations, and work locations to complete assigned field observation and documentation responsibilities.
  • Support pilot program development within the approved scope of work. Any material change in responsibilities, authority, deliverables, duration, or work location should be reviewed and approved through applicable project and client governance processes.
  • Support inspection contractors performing lattice tower and foundation inspections.
  • Verify contractors are not missing critical quality or safety items.
  • Support restoration and repair efforts through observation and reporting.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
