Systems Verification Scientist

Systems Verification Scientist III to evaluate the performance of flow cytometry products, ensuring they meet product requirements and customer needs. This hands-on role combines laboratory testing, data analysis, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration in cell analysis technology supporting research, drug discovery, and disease management.

• Design, plan, and conduct experiments to assess system performance and verify product requirements
• Develop and execute test methods, strategies, and formal verification protocols
• Analyze and interpret scientific data using engineering principles, statistical methods, and scientific theory
• Communicate results, risks, and customer impact through reports, design reviews, and technical discussions
• Lead small- to medium-sized protocols/initiatives, including project planning and risk-based test strategy development
• Collaborate with systems, software, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality
• Apply systems thinking and independent judgment to identify root causes and drive improvements
• Follow design control, quality, biosafety, and workplace safety requirements

• 0 - 5 years overall; minimum 3 years of experience developing, engineering, integrating, and testing complex systems
