    Description

    The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Systems Support Specialist (Pharmacovigilance) for a prominent client of ours. This is a Hybrid Role in St Joseph, MO 64506 (3 days Onsite & 2 days Remote / week). Details for the position are as follows:
    11 months Contract to start (HIGH Possibility for further extension)
    
    Responsibilities:
    · Responsible for running routine reports and queries from the GPV database tables using SQL when needed
    · Support computerized system validation testing
    · Responsible for PV systems Product Dictionary entries and routine maintenance in databases
    · Product Dictionary updates and new entries
    · Product Family maintenance
    · Product Line updates
    · Responsible for triage tickets for system support
    · 1st line of support for PV System tickets
    · Support new user set up in PV Systems
    · PV Systems set up
