Location: Cayce, SC (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote)

Job Description Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Angular (PrimeNG), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core
- Work with SQL databases for data modeling, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Support full SDLC including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Perform manual and automated testing to ensure system reliability
- Maintain technical documentation and coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, Finance) to deliver scalable solutions
- Support system modernization, upgrades, and legacy migrations
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
- Contribute to system integration, reporting, and data integrity initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with:
- PrimeNG, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- ASP.NET Core and RESTful API development
- SQL (database design, queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Technical documentation
- 5+ years of experience in manual and automated testing across SDLC
- Strong understanding of data security, privacy standards, and compliance
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with NIST, HIPAA, CJIS security standards
- Experience in IT implementation projects
- Knowledge of Power BI or data reporting pipelines
- Familiarity with Azure or cloud technologies
- Experience with SharePoint or collaboration platforms
