Systems Software Engineer

Our client is a technology-focused organization that builds and operates large-scale, mission-critical platforms supporting business operations across a global environment. They are seeking a Systems Software Engineer to help develop, automate, and support high-performance infrastructure and applications.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain systems software using C++, Python, Rust, and related technologies
• Build, deploy, and automate Linux-based infrastructure and server environments
• Enhance performance, reliability, monitoring, and operational tooling
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in an on-call rotation
• Partner with engineering, networking, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable solutions

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of systems software engineering experience
• Strong programming skills in C++, Rust, Go, or similar languages
• Solid Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, packet analysis)
• Experience with Ansible or other infrastructure automation tools
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $145,000 to $185,000
• Annual performance-based bonus
