Responsibilities:
Setup & troubleshooting Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops
Setup and manage VMWare virtualization infrastructure
Support and manage Active Directory for the organization
Provide backup support
Configure network switches and VLANs
Requirements:
Experience support Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops
Experience in setup and managing VMware virtualization infrastructure – setup and upgrade of Vcenter and Esxi nodes, Windows server and Linux VMs, VSAN and NFS storage setup and troubleshooting.
Experience with Windows AD, Azure AD, MS Office365, Active Directory GPO management
Experience with Azure Intune
Experience with Bitdefender AV
Experience with Windows/Linux patching
Experience with Nakivo backup
Experience with configuring network switches and VLANs
