Systems Integrator (Senior‑Level)Mission Intelligence Group is seeking a Senior‑Level Systems Integrator to lead and oversee integration efforts across complex GEOINT systems‑of‑systems. This role supports mission‑critical capabilities across the National System of Geospatial‑Intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial‑Intelligence (ASG), and Federal partners, ensuring seamless interoperability and reliable mission execution.Your RoleAs a Senior‑Level Systems Integrator, you will provide technical leadership and integration oversight across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid environments. You will ensure system integrity, guide integration strategies, and support the delivery of scalable, secure, and mission‑aligned solutions across enterprise architectures.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support systems integration activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to ensure timely and accurate GEOINTMaintain a total systems perspective, understanding dependencies across cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid services, infrastructure, and security domainsOversee the development and execution of integration approaches, testing, and sustainment activitiesAssist in preparing and reviewing engineering plans and site installation technical design packagesEnsure integration efforts align with defined processes, standards, and best practicesGuide and mentor Mid‑ and Junior‑level Systems IntegratorsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field, or equivalent experience:4 additional years of experience with no degree, or2 additional years with a non‑STEM degree12+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry, including:Large, complex System‑of‑Systems, orService‑Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments across cloud, on‑premise, or hybrid infrastructuresPrior NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project experiencePrior IC or DoD program or project experienceActive TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraphDesired QualificationsMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM fieldWorking knowledge of Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languagesWhy Mission Intelligence GroupAt Mission Intelligence Group, engineers are trusted to focus on mission outcomes, not bureaucracy.
