    Systems Integration Specialist

    Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Systems Integration Specialist to join the SC Fulfillment’s / BCA CribMaster Administration team in Everett, WA on First Shift.

    The Systems Integration Specialist will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the CribMaster system at the Everett sites as well as the support of customers. You will work closely with business users, the leadership teams, and IT support structures to implement processes, provide systems maintenance, and conduct data-driven decision making.

    The ideal candidate is proficient at working with large data sets, comfortable in an agile environment, has experience working with systems interfaces that aid to a more efficient process, enjoys the challenge of highly complex technical contexts, and above all, is passionate about data management.

     

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Gathers, interprets and integrates business information requirements and coordinates change activities

    • Develops and implements business architecture based upon information requirements

    • Monitors and perform quality control actions relating to business information

    • Develops and executes system readiness testing

    • Administers and monitors systems post-implementation

    • Manages system changes and integration efforts

    • Provides end-user support to include immediate system/data guidance, FAQ management, issue analysis, and training design and delivery

    • Develop data solutions end-to-end, from gathering requirements from business stakeholders to partnering with leadership teams and data analysts to implement

    • Define, instrument, and maintain new and existing business KPIs from scratch, leveraging SQL queries and beyond

    • Build automation to ensure we can understand and act on business performance accurately, scalable, with low latency, and minimal manual upkeep

    • Ensure data quality always meets our standards, by monitoring performance, diagnosing issues, and creating solutions

    • Answer complex business questions via ad-hoc SQL queries to enable business owners to make critical decisions

     

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • 5+ years of experience in Database Management, Data Engineering, and/or Analytics capacity

    • 5+ years of experience working with SQL and experience writing complex queries

    • 2+ years of experience developing scripts and tools to enable faster data consumption and reduce manual labor intensity

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • 1+ years of experience using CribMaster Database

    • A talent for building PDF Explode, Crystal, and other data reports that drive business decisions.

    • Data-driven and highly analytical - you're able to translate data and insights into a meaningful story to drive strategy, action, and decision-making at an executive level

    • 3+ years of communication skills to collaborate clearly, concisely, and consistently with team members, partners, customers, and business stakeholders

    • 3+ years of leading the determination of business information requirements and coordinating system change activities at company level

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

     

    Summary pay range:

    $102,850 - $139,150
