Job Title : Systems Integration Engineer / System Integrator
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
Payrate : $60-70/hr on W2

Role Summary:
Integrate and validate hardware, software, firmware, controls, imaging, and electromechanical subsystems for medical-device products.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate subsystems and verify system-level functionality.
• Develop and execute integration test plans and verification protocols.
• Troubleshoot communication, timing, interoperability, and interface issues.
• Investigate system defects, perform root cause analysis, and verify corrective actions.
• Support design reviews, risk assessments, and FMEA activities.
• Document test results, defects, and engineering investigations.
• Improve integration workflows and test automation.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Software, Mechanical, Systems, and Quality teams.

• Electromechanical systems and medical-device product development.
• Firmware debugging and communication interface troubleshooting.
• System-level verification, validation, and defect management.
• Root cause analysis and test automation.
