Job Title: Systems Integration and Test EngineerJob Description
This role offers the opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle as a Systems Integration and Test Engineer, collaborating closely with system engineers, software developers, network engineers, and other test engineers. You will help define, plan, and execute integration and system testing for large-scale physical systems, ensuring that technical requirements are fully verified and that new or enhanced functionality operates reliably in real-world conditions. You will contribute to requirements and design reviews, build test environments, develop comprehensive test plans from scratch, and provide detailed documentation and reporting that support deployment and continuous improvement.

Work Environment
You will work in a collaborative team environment alongside system engineers, software developers, network engineers, and other test engineers. The role is based primarily in a laboratory setting, where you will set up and maintain test environments, perform rack-and-stack activities, and work hands-on with large-scale physical systems and system simulations. The position follows a 9/80 schedule, providing a structured workweek with every other Friday typically off, and Fridays that are worked are performed remotely. The environment emphasizes career growth, continuous learning, and advancement, with support for developing your skills in test environment setup, test plan development, test execution, and systems analysis. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $135000.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
