Standard Job Description

This Hyperion and Oracle EPM data integration role is part of the Enterprise Operations Organization but reports to the ERP Legacy Finance Tools Manager with direction from the Space FP&A Senior Manager and 1LMX ERP Lead and will focus on supporting the legacy Hyperion system and the conversion to 1LMX Oracle Planning tool for both unclassified and classified systems. As part of LM''s overall strategic 1LMX initiative this position will play a significant role in evolving our capabilities and reshaping our operations.

This lead role includes but is not limited to the following:

• Supports O&M of the Space Hyperion system to include planning cycle updates, bug fixes, actuals loads, database maintenance, and system upgrades
• Supports the cleansing, mapping, conversion and cutover of Space Hyperion data to include LRP and CSR through Build/Implementation with 4 test cycles starting in 2027 and go-live planned for Jan 2029
• Coordinates other Space program data conversions across 1LMX Space as needed
• Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration across Enterprise Performance, F&BO and IT to meet conversion timelines and objectives
• Empowered to make timely decisions related to conversion in alignment with 1LMX design

Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company''s existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem.

Basic Qualifications

• Signficant work experience with Hyperion
• Data engineering experience to include maintaining and creating data pipelines in Agile release processes
• Professional written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to think strategically and accommodate new processes and ways of working
• Ability and willingness to obtain TS clearance
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and experience

• Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $131100.00 - $243500.00
