Systems Estimating Supervisor

Job Description The Systems Estimating Supervisor will support estimating teams across the company while helping improve consistency, training, tools, and estimating processes company-wide. Job Description The Systems Estimating Supervisor will support estimating teams across the company while helping improve consistency, training, tools, and estimating processes company-wide. This individual will work closely with estimators, operations leaders, sales teams, and software developers to improve estimating quality, efficiency, and scalability. Skills and Requirements Perform and support DDC, PLC, equipment, low voltage, and performance contracting estimating activities - Review estimates & proposals for accuracy, completeness, and consistency - Assist with estimator development, onboarding, and technical training - Support estimating standards and best practices across multiple teams - Collaborate with operations, sales, and engineering leadership - Test and provide feedback on estimating software tools - Assist with rollout and evaluation of new software and AI-driven estimating features - Help improve estimating workflows, templates, and internal processes - Support communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
