The FBM Program is experiencing significant growth and we need your expertise to deliver amazing new technologies to our customers while maintaining the technical requirements of strategic deterrence. The Lockheed Martin FBM Program is seeking a highly experienced Systems Engineering, Associate Manager to lead the development and verification of subsystems level requirements and the integration and test of the avionics subsystems.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with a focus on requirements development, verification, and validation, as well as integration and test. This role will provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of systems engineers and will be responsible for ensuring that subsystems level requirements are properly developed, verified, and validated, and that integration and test activities are planned and executed effectively.

The information below reflects the standard job description for this position: Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
