The Systems Engineer Team Lead
The Systems Engineer Team Lead is responsible for designing, securing, and managing the Bank's core infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. This senior technical role oversees virtualization, Windows server systems, storage, networking, backup and recovery, disaster-recovery operations, and vulnerability management while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintains high system availability, audit-ready documentation, and resilient DR capabilities • Leads cloud service governance for IaaS, DRaaS, and SaaS platforms • Drives patching, hardening, monitoring, and risk remediation across the infrastructure • Provides leadership to engineering staff • Partners with security and networking teams • Supports audits and regulatory exams • Serves as an escalation point for major incidents and infrastructure projects
