Pay: Up to $44.74/hour
Clearance: Active Secret Required | U.S. Citizenship Required
Work Type: Onsite (Hybrid Flexibility)

Overview:
Seeking a Systems Engineer to support Regional Strike Programs, contributing to the development of integrated hardware and software systems. This role offers exposure to test & integration, requirements, MBSE, and system design in a defense environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support system integration, verification, and validation (V&V)
• Assist with requirements development and management
• Contribute to MBSE modeling and system simulations
• Support hardware/system design and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Utilize AI tools to enhance engineering workflows (requirements, testing, analysis)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field
• 2+ years of experience (or Master’s + 6 months)
• Familiarity with systems engineering principles and lifecycle
• Exposure to requirements management or system modeling tools
• Active DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred:

• Experience with MBSE tools (SysML, Cameo, etc.)
• Exposure to defense or complex system programs
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Interest in AI-enabled engineering tools and workflows
