We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $49.11/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MPCS system validation plans aligned with program gateway milestones.
• Define validation scope, test strategies, and acceptance criteria for new features and system releases.
• Coordinate laboratory, HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop), endurance, integration, and field validation activities.
• Support validation of software releases, firmware updates, network communications, HMI functionality, and control algorithms.
• Track validation progress and ensure timely completion of test activities.

Education & Experience Required:

• Years of experience: 2-4 Years
• Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
