Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive threat models and analyze threat behaviors using advanced data analytics
- Gather requirements and define system functionality, translating technical needs into actionable system requirements
- Design and execute detailed test plans and procedures to validate system performance
- Troubleshoot and debug complex systems, identifying solutions that enhance capabilities
- Document results, maintain clear technical records, and present findings in team demonstrations
- Lead increasingly challenging engineering initiatives with a focus on timely delivery and technical excellence
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or related technical field
- Proficient with Linux, Bash scripting, MATLAB, C++, Python
- Strong foundation in algorithm design, physics, and trajectory analysis
- Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. DoD SECRET security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Skills
- Research, analytical, and problem-solving acumen
- Experience with Agile frameworks; familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Exposure to DevSecOps methodologies
- Proficient with engineering tools (DOORs, Git, Cameo)
- Interest or experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
