    Job Description

    Cintas is currently seeking a Systems Engineer Level 1 - Desktop to join the Desktop End User Support team within the IT department. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to enhance the business and provide innovative solutions.

    Key Responsibilities Include:
    Lead the evaluation, design, prototyping, testing, and implementation of emerging technologies and innovative solutions, recommending alternative approaches when appropriate.
    Assess and manage technology initiatives, including business impact analysis, cost-benefit evaluations, dependency identification, project execution, and stakeholder recommendations.
    Develop, monitor, and improve IT service performance through SLA management, capacity planning, service metrics, and escalation of critical issues.
    Provide technical leadership and consulting across business functions, identifying opportunities to improve business processes, supporting issue resolution, and influencing long-term technology strategy.

    Skills/Qualifications

    • Required:
      High School diploma/GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
      Minimum 5 years of Experience in Windows and/or End User Device Engineering
      Minimum 1 years of experience in Microsoft Intune including device, application, and compliance management
      Minimum 1 years of experience with scripting (Batch, VBS, PowerShell)
      Strong problem-solving skills
      Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Preferred:
      Strong technical skills in Autopilot profile creation, including device provisioning, MECM Device enrollment, and deploying applications/updates preferred
      Strong understanding of Co-Management of devices in Intune preferred
      Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access policies preferred
      Experience with Intune Windows Update for Business (WUfB) preferred
      Experience with Intune application deployment using PSADT preferred
      Experience with Intune reporting using KQL/Graph preferred
      Experience managing and maintaining iOS devices/Apple deployments and Intune devices preferred
      An understanding of Cloud Management Gateway preferred
