Systems Engineer

Basic Qualifications:

- Mid-level:  Bachelor’s Degree in a Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical), Physics or Math from an accredited university with 3 years of experience or 2 years of experience with a Master’s Degree (Sr:  7 years of experience and BS; 5 years of experience and MS).
- An active DoD Secret
- Experience with requirements development and requirements management
- Experience with verification execution
- Model Based Systems Engineering (CAMEO)
- Systems Requirements Analysis (CAMEO, IBM DOORS)
- Experience preparing and presenting technical content to internal and external customers

Preferred Qualifications:
- Model Based Systems Engineering (CAMEO)
- Systems Requirements Analysis (CAMEO, IBM DOORS)
- External Interface management

- Experience with DoD missile programs

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
