KBR is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support a U.S. Air Force customer across a range of complex program needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Department of Defense (DoD) and industry systems engineering, a proven ability to operate effectively in dynamic team environments, and the initiative to work independently with minimal oversight. This role requires proactive engagement with diverse stakeholders and the flexibility to assume multiple roles as program needs evolve.
The Systems Engineer will work closely with program leadership, engineers, and contracting officers to provide systems engineering support to the government customer throughout the acquisition lifecycle. The successful candidate will lead and/or support the development, analysis, and management of system requirements and acquisition-related technical documentation.
