Our Client, a Health Insurance company, is looking for a Systems Engineer for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
70% Installs, tunes, upgrades, troubleshoots, and maintains CI/CD pipelines, performs application release deployments in Test and Production environments.
Write and maintain automation scripts in Python, Groovy to streamline operational processes and deployments.
Collaborate with development and testing teams to enhance system scalability, performance, and reliability.
Submit change management tickets, represent on the CAB calls.
30% Manage, monitor, and troubleshooting Linux and Windows-based production environments.
Support container orchestration platforms such as Podman and Kubernetes and develop POC using AWS Services.
Requirements:
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Education Details: Information Technology or Computer Science
Experience: 3 years software, DevOps and/or cloud systems engineering
In Lieu of Education
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, especially with Jenkins using Groovy, Advanced
Understanding of container-based technologies, especially Kubernetes, Docker, AWS EKS, Expert & Proficient
Understanding of microservice concepts, Proficient
