We are looking for
A Systems Engineer for airborne platforms at our company site in Rosh HaAyin, specializing in UAVs or fixed-wing aircraft
You will join a team developing unmanned ground and airborne systems powered by advanced control and flight applications

In this role you will
Develop, characterize and lead unmanned airborne and ground platforms end-to-end
Author system documents and specifications, conduct design reviews, and lead system integrations and trials
Work closely with domestic and international customers and support complex multidisciplinary projects
Collaborate with software, firmware, hardware, mechanical and aerodynamics teams and drive processes within a matrix organization
Gain exposure to advanced technological domains and have a broad impact on development directions and solutions
Requirements
B.Sc. in a relevant Engineering or Science discipline
At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in multidisciplinary systems or as a technical lead in the development of airborne platforms such as UAVs or VTOL systems
Experience in technical leadership and integration management within a matrix organization working with multidisciplinary teams
Background from UAV flight operations or drone units - advantage
Prior experience at unmanned aircraft companies - advantage
Knowledge and experience in areas such as propulsion, power sources, flight control, navigation, sensors and payloads, guidance and homing
Very high level of English, including writing technical documents and specifications, working with customers and conducting design reviews
Excellent interpersonal skills, professional maturity, ability to lead and deliver results in a multi-interface environment
